Hosting Feedback from the New Guy

To introduce myself to those of you who probably don’t know who I am, I am Mitch Keeler. I have worked inside and out of the Web hosting industry for my fair share of years. I have been with Lunarpages, on the staff side of things, for around three weeks now and I have to say I like what I have seen thus far.
Throughout my years inside of the Web hosting industry, looking from the inside out – not one company has impressed me as much as Lunarpages has thus far. I have done my fair share of work for other companies. I have written and talked about Web hosting to hundreds.
So what really sticks out for me, and makes me proud to say I am doing a little contacted work for them? The one area I have been most impressed with is the support. The entire team seems dedicated and more than able to fix any issue that might come up. When issues do arise – it is like watching all of the well oiled gears working together in a Web hosting machine.
Now is anybody giving me anything “under the table” to say these nice things? Not at all. I don’t toss praise out too often. More often than not, I am trying to help folks get better at what they do inside of the hosting industry. From my three weeks of experience though, I see that Lunarpages is a model company – and it’s hard to improve on that.

Go check out what I had to say about my first three weeks working for Lunarpages.com. I really like that Lunarpages is one of the few Web hosts who do blog. That was a major factor into me wanting to go there. They don’t seem so closed off to the idea of bringing in new ways to get in touch with the customer base.
