Best & Worst 2006 – Feedback Please!

I’m writing a mag article atm of the year in review (relating to our industry and the internet - not just relating to Lunarpages) so I’d appreciate some suggestions for the Best and Worst of 2006.
Hosting, Design, Spam, SEO, Google, Marketing, Big NEWS, Web tools, Software like VisitorVille and FireFactor ;) etc.
Serious and humorous ;) Best and Worst Spam Emails!! (my fave is how to make “her” last longer using Viagreia) Amazing Websites, Ideas, Contests and Promotions.. Stuff like that..
Any suggestions?

craigslist has got to be one of the most worst designs for a high traffic site.
