Automating the email process is sooo helpful but the only theme author I am aware of who consistently includes email functionality in their designs is Sadish (http://wpthemes.info/). I bring this up only because it is outside my skill-set, but I'd LOVE to see a Lunartics post on how to easily get email up and running via a contact page in WordPress.
