Business 2.0 Reminds You to Backup

When was the last time you backed up your recent work, Web site or files? Looks like thanks to a little recent news we are all getting that reminder. The magazine Business 2.0 has lost their next issue due to not having a good backup.

“The June issue of Business 2.0 magazine was inadvertantly deleted from the editorial server on April 23, according to a number of sources. And the backup server wasn’t working properly. The result? An entire issue down the drain just two weeks before press time.” – TechCrunch

So what do I want you to go do right now? Backup! You never know when the worst might happen – and it is always better to be safe than sorry.

    The other would be to have redundant backups.
