So with all this buzz going on around the Web these days about social interaction, are you wondering what your Web site can do to join in on the fun? Well, you don’t have to work from the ground up – especially if you have a popular brand or Web site. Forums or message boards are the oldest and best way to create social interaction between you and the people who visit your Web site. If you run a successful Web site, chances are you have a lot of people coming to you by the day, hour, minute, and even second. Why not give them a place to hang out and interact with each other?
Setup a Blog – Those Have Nifty Comments
A blog could be another good way to setup some social interaction between yourself and your visitors. Giving them a way to comment on sections of your Web site or articles you might post will make them feel like they are apart of it too. No Web site is create for one person. If that is the case, you will never make it on the Web today. You have to realize you are creating your Web site for the public – so you must satisfy the public’s needs.
Create a Profile for Your Pet Project
There are a lot of folks these days creating Facebook or MySpace profiles just for their Web site or brand. This is another good way to socially interact with the people that are visiting your Web site. If they like you then chances are they will want to be your amigo via the big social networking Web site out there.
