Whenever you send email from your gmail account even if you send it through the 'domain' address, it'll put 'On Behalf of ..' and list your gmail account in Outlook. The only way to do this without outlook doing that is to use the Google Apps and set it up so the mx record of your domain points to the googleapps gmail. Just a note about the gmail with Outlook.
