OMG I can’t believe it’s already round 4!! Next week is a holiday here in the US, so we may be slow getting the results posted, but we’ll try our best to have everything up on Monday for you guys.

I voted for The City by Eniola Funsho due to dark colors, nice and neat grungy design and overall limpidity. I wonder, is it completely based on CSS or is it mixed with HTML (PHP perhaps?). Because from the looks of it I can’t find out and the source code didn’t show too much of information either. Nevertheless, I wish good luck to all the contestants and let the best win! :)

Per your question, well its a wordpress theme so its coded in php and of course the styling(colors/images) is done with a CSS stylesheet.
I think that Lunarpages will put the themes up for free download(if they haven’t already done so) so you should be able to download it and check out the code.
