Reinventing the Suggestion Box

By Mitch “Loves Hearing Feedback” Keeler

Feedback is one of those things we love to hear, but is not always the easiest to make people give.  Sure, people have their opinions – but more times than not – if you are happy you usually keep you mouth shut.  One web service that is wanting to inspire those happy and even not so happy customers is UserVoice.

This service gives you a quick and easy way to get customer feedback quickly and easily.

All you do is capture feedback and ideas from your users, and then allow your customers to vote on the suggestions that are coming in.  You can also stay connected with your customers and even start up a conversation to let them know you are listening.

They have several different options for signing up, but if you want to try things out first – they do have a free lite account that will give you access to:

  • 10,000 Max Active Users
  • 3 Forums Max
  • 3 Admins Max
  • Logo and Color Customization
  • Anonymous Users

Go signup at UserVoice.com and let us know what you think.
