WordPress Cache Plugins to Help Performance

Often, people ask me, what is the best way to lower the loads to the server resources if I am using a WordPress powered web site or blog? 

Now there are a lot of various tips and tweaks you could do, however the easiest way to get the job done would be to try out some of the many cache plugins for the blogging platform.  In the hosting world, cache is a duplicate of a web page or image that is stored elsewhere, when the original isn’t or shouldn’t be available.
