Interesting post. Webhosting is very competitive nowadays and a lot of providers provide a lot of special perks to get their customers. Personally I like hosting with singapore web hosting provider as their support and uptime has been great so far.

I just tried your new Lunarpages plan wizard. It’s a very nice tool that helps you choose the right web hosting plan. Although you’ve kept it very simple, there may be unfamiliar terms for someone new to web hosting. Some explanation for web hosting jargon could be useful. Maybe a tooltip or a help button.
