How does it work? After signing up, you install the Keepit client to your personal computer.  Once that has been done – the first time you start Keepit’s client up you will be asked to save your digital key.  This is an assurance for you, to guarantee that you are the only one who will have access to your files that are encrypted on the server side.  It is really easy to configure as well.  You can easily set the client to watch or un-watch certain file or folders.  Once you have selected the files you want to backup, your part in this is done.  Keepit does the rest of it for you.
