1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The "I Love Lunarpages" Contest ("Contest") begins on July 21, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on September 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PDT ("Term"). To enter the Contest, Contestant must submit the form found at http://blog.lunarpages.com/testimonial_contest.php. In order to be considered an eligible entry ("Entry") submission must include: Contestant's full legal name ("Name"), city, state/province and country ("Location"), valid email address ("Email Address"), domain(s) hosted at Lunarpages ("Domain Hosted"), duration of hosting relationship with Lunarpages ("Time Hosted"), statement(s) recommending one or more of Lunarpages products/services("Testimonial"), and an image file (jpg,gif or png) depicting Contestant with a sign that says "I LOVE LUNARPAGES" ("Photograph").

2. Grand Prize is one (1) Apple 16GB Wi-Fi iPad (a USD$499.00 value). Multiple Entries will be accepted, but only one Grand Prize per contestant can be awarded. Each week, the three (3) most creative contest entries ("Weekly Winners") will be selected at the Promoter's sole discretion to receive one (1) year of complimentary Basic Hosting. Grand Prize winner will be selected from among the 18 Weekly Winners by random drawing on August 31, 2010. Winning entries will be posted online after the close of the Contest. Winners will be notified via email. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries. An estimated 150,000 Lunarpages customers will be notified of the Contest. Typical response rates range from 1-5%. Actual response rates will vary.

3. If you are entering the Contest on behalf of your employer, these rules are binding on you, individually, and/or your company. If you are acting within the scope of your employment, as an employee, contractor, or agent of another party, you warrant that such party has full knowledge of your actions and has consent thereto, including your potential receipt of a prize. You further warrant that your actions do not violate your employer's or company's policies and procedures.

4. The Contestant is deemed to be the holder of the valid, established email account associated with the Entry. The Contestant submitting the Entry must be the person depicted in the submitted Photograph(s). By submitting the Entry, Contestant is warranting that the Contestant owns the Photograph(s) and that it is original, neither previously published nor having won any other award whatsoever.

5. The Contestant acknowledges that Photographs submitted in the Contest depicting any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material not belonging to Add2Net, Inc. ("Promoter") will automatically be deemed ineligible to win.

6. By submitting the Entry, Contestant agrees and hereby releases Promoter and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Contestant's participation in the Contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded.

7. Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any nude Photograph(s) or those Photograph(s) which are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Promoter assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention. Promoter reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect Entry received prior to cancellation.

9. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Contestant, and appropriate tax identification information may be required prior to the awarding of any prize. There is no cash alternative to the prizes, and the Promoter shall have the right to substitute the prizes being offered with one of equal or greater value.

10. Employees of Add2Net, Inc., and its associates, parent companies and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families (parents and children) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

11. Entries submitted in the Contest will only be used by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy and as otherwise stated. By submitting the Entry, Contestant irrevocable grants permission for Promoter to use the Contestant's Name, Location, Domain Hosted, Testimonial (in full or in part), Photograph(s), and Time Hosted for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, compensation, consideration, review or consent and without regard to moral rights.

12. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or these terms and conditions prior to the cessation of the Contest for any reason, including for technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failures. Promoter disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, and makes no warranties or guarantees in relation to the prizes.

13. By entering the Drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are governed by the law of the State of California. The Promoter and all Contestants irrevocably agree that the courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Drawing and submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California, provided that for the exclusive benefit of the Promoter, the Promoter shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of an entrant's residence.
